ChaTony wine cellar is located in an area of 1062 m2. It has the capacity to process 500 tons of grapes. It is equipped with the most modern high-tech equipment from foreign and Bulgarian companies. The bottling line is automated and has a capacity of 1,500 bottles per hour. The winery has its own laboratory, where we carry out analyzes of the wines, through which we monitor the quality.

In 2020, they planted the first 40 hectares of vines, and for its varietal composition, they grow Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay Rosé, and Chardonnay Bianco.

CHATONY WINERY COMPLEX
The first stage of the CHATONY wine complex opened its doors to become a favorite place for all connoisseurs of fine wine, as well as an emblem of the CHATONY Wine Cellar.

The complex includes:
Four tasting rooms, which are specially adapted for tasting three types of wine - white, rose, red, and Amber.
A restaurant and terrace with a panoramic view of the green slopes of Stara Planina, where celebrations with good wine and first-class Bulgarian cuisine will satisfy your senses. 16 rooms in which we have recreated our passion for nature.

Expect more:
6 two-story cottages where you will find privacy. Two infinity pools. A spa center where you can take care of your body and spirit. The second stage of the complex will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023.
